As a responsible online retailer of liquor products and gifts we take our legal obligations seriously. We all want to ensure that liquor is purchased and consumed responsibly.

Remember, it's illegal for us to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. It's also illegal for you to buy alcohol if you're under the age of 18, even if you're buying it as a gift for someone else.

If you are under the age of 18, it's illegal for you to falsely declare your age, in order to buy alcohol from us. In accordance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 this is an offence liable on conviction to a fine of up to $2,000. If you're under 18 you're not allowed to shop with us.

By submitting an order with us and agreeing to our Trading Terms, you’re confirming that you AND the recipient are over the age of 18.
